Doseong Dak Hanmari

Doseong Dak Hanmari is a restaurant in the Dongdaemun area of Seoul that serves dak hanmari and dakttongjip. The chicken is tender and the broth is clean, and staff cut and cook the meat for you and explain how to combine the sauces. It moved to its current spot after a long run in the Dak Hanmari Alley, and it uses induction cooktops and stainless steel pots. A half portion can be ordered if you are eating alone, and the dish includes Korean ginseng, garlic, and jujube.
