Dongdaemun Malatang & Huoguo

Dongdaemun Malatang & Huoguo is a restaurant in Sindang-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, serving malatang and huoguo. The huoguo comes in two broths, hongtang and baitang, with unlimited refills of meat. At the self-service bar, diners choose their own huoguo ingredients, and the malatang includes seonji and tripe. The huoguo meat is sliced thinner than daepae samgyeop, and refills must be requested directly.
