Dongdaemun Maeun Gimbap

Dongdaemun Maeun Gimbap is a snack shop in the Dongdaemun area of Seoul that sells spicy gimbap. The rice is mixed with hot peppers and seasoning, then rolled in seaweed, and the signature item is the spicy gimbap. Eating the gimbap made with cheongyang chili peppers with mayo sauce tones down the heat. The basic ttaengcho gimbap is strongly spicy.
