Don Don Donkatsu

Dondondonkatsu is a tonkatsu restaurant in the alley near Taegukdang, across from Jangchungdan Park in front of Dongguk University in Seoul. It serves sirloin, tenderloin, and fish katsu, with the sirloin and tenderloin cut thick and coated in a thin batter. A set menu pairs fish katsu with tenderloin, and the portions are large enough to make a full meal. The tenderloin is more tender than the fish katsu, and the thin batter makes the fried coating only lightly crisp.
