Dining One

Dining One is a buffet restaurant in Myeongdong, Seoul, serving sushi, pizza, and desserts. It sets out several kinds of sushi alongside side dishes that diners eat together. The food is lukewarm regardless of whether it is meant to be hot or cold, and the sushi rice is mushy while the octopus is sometimes frozen. Temperature control of the food falls short.
