Dingho

Dingho is a lamb skewer restaurant in the Bukchang-dong alley in Seoul. It serves lamb skewers alongside other dishes, and the lamb carries little gamy smell. The skewer grill does not cook the meat evenly if the skewers are left in place, so they have to be turned often. Many noisy customers make it hard to eat in comfort.
