Damwon Sundae

Damwon Sundae serves sundae-guk and bone haejang-guk near City Hall Station in Seoul. The sundae-guk has a rich broth, and diners add plenty of minced garlic to it, with generous amounts of solid ingredients. On weekdays after 11:30 a.m. a line forms, but the tables turn quickly, so waits are short after 1 p.m. During the lunch hour, a wait is standard.
