Damayaki

Tamayaki is a teppan grill restaurant in the basement food court of Hyundai City Outlet in Dongdaemun, Seoul. It serves teppan fried rice with chadolbagi, seafood, or pork chili, and omurice with bacon double or snow cheese. At lunch, most customers at the bar seats order the teppan fried rice, and the teppan cooking area is visible through glass. The omurice uses a single thin egg sheet rather than a thick omelet.
