Daerim Guksu

Daerim Guksu is a restaurant in the Sewoon Sangga building in Euljiro, Seoul, serving noodles and charcoal-grilled skewers. Its signature skewer noodles come with a soy sauce-based broth, chewy noodles, and two skewers. Before 3 p.m., noodles and skewers can be ordered as a set, and afterward they are ordered separately and the skewers are placed into the noodles. The line is long at lunchtime and on weekends, and staff service is not smooth.
