Daehojeong

Daehojeong is a restaurant inside Jungbu Market in Euljiro, Seoul, serving jeyuk bokkeum, samgyeopsal, and ssambap. The ssambap comes with several wrap vegetables such as chicory, mustard leaves, and ssam cabbage, along with griddle-cooked jeyuk bokkeum and stone-pot rice cooked to order. At 11:30 a.m. the food could be eaten right away, but from noon a wait formed. Water poured into the emptied stone pot makes sungnyung, and at noon you should expect a wait.
