Daehan Samgyetang

Daehan Samgyetang is a restaurant in Myeongdong that serves only samgyetang. Each bowl is made by stuffing a whole chicken with glutinous rice, ginseng, jujube, and ginkgo nuts, and it comes with ginseng liquor, kimchi, seasoning, and several side dishes. About 10 minutes after ordering, the samgyetang arrives boiling in a traditional pot, with noodles on the side to add at the end. English and Japanese are not spoken.
