Daega

Daega is a soba restaurant near City Hall Station in Seoul that serves pan momil and udon. The pan momil comes with two portions by default, served with sweet tsuyu, inari sushi, and yeolmu kimchi. The dining room is on the second floor, reached by a narrow staircase, and seats open up after the noon lunch peak, when food also comes out quickly. The pan momil portion is on the small side for an adult man.
