Daebog

Daebok is a pufferfish restaurant in the Bukchang-dong food alley in Seoul. Its hwalbok course serves bok sashimi, fried pufferfish, pufferfish bulgogi, jiri, and fried rice in that order. Reservations are required at lunch, and the restaurant was featured on Su Mi Sik Hoe. The pufferfish jiri has a clear broth with plenty of minari, and the food is on the expensive side.
