Chungnam Sikdang

Chungnam Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves mixed stir-fries, stews, and ramyeon. It sits at the entrance of an alley about five minutes uphill from Myeongdong Station Exit 1 toward the Namsan ring road. The signature mixed stir-fry contains squid, pork, and thick glass noodles, and it comes out neither spicy nor salty. It opens at 7 a.m., closes on Sundays, and side dishes can be refilled.
