Chungmuro Jip

Chungmurojip is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant in Seoul that serves frozen pork belly and kimchi stew. Meat comes with dolsotbap, and a large gyeranmari is also set out. The grilling method is unusual, and the owner puts on a fire show and uses salted seafood side dishes to make sungnyung. The grill plate is hot, so cooking the meat yourself leaves something to be desired.
