Chungmu Kalguksu

Chungmu Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop near Dongguk University that serves anchovy-based kalguksu, kongguksu, and bossam. The noodles come in an anchovy broth rather than a meat broth, with spicy geotjeori on the side. At lunch the menu is kalguksu only, so tables turn quickly, and ordering one bossam and one kalguksu gets the kalguksu split into two bowls. The broth is on the salty side and the kimchi is quite spicy, so those sensitive to heat should take note.
