Chungfu is a Chinese restaurant in Chungmuro that serves lunch centered on jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. Its tangsuyuk has a crisp exterior and a soft interior, with a sweet-and-sour sauce. It sits a three-minute walk from Chungmuro Station and draws solo diners. The mapamyeon tastes closer to sweet Korean-style mapo tofu than to a spice-forward version.
