Chuncheon Kalguksu

Chuncheon Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Jung-gu, Seoul, serving dak kalguksu, kongguksu, and deulkkae kalguksu. The dak kalguksu comes in a generous portion with chewy noodles, and the kongguksu broth is ground with peanuts for a nutty flavor. The shop has run for more than 40 years and is now in its second generation of family ownership. Shared kimchi sits on the tables without lids, which leaves room for improvement in hygiene management.
