Chop Chop is a Vietnamese and Thai restaurant near Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul. Its signature Chop Chop noodles are mixed with a thick, slightly spicy peanut-based sauce, and the beef pho is known for its rich broth. At lunch a wait forms, and the restaurant calls when a table opens up. The dining area is not large.
