Cheolcheol Bokjip is a pufferfish restaurant in the Euljiro alleys that has operated since 1980. Its signature dish is bok-sogeum-gui, raw pufferfish seasoned with salt and sesame oil and grilled over charcoal, served alongside bok-bulgogi, bok-goni-gui, and bok jiri. Because the pufferfish burns easily, staff grill it at the table, and the interior is small and loud. The bok-sogeum-gui portion is small and the prices are high.
