Chamsutgol is an old Korean beef restaurant in the Mukyo-dong food alley in Seoul, serving Hanwoo and beef dishes. Its yukhoe bibimbap includes lettuce, carrot, bracken, zucchini, chicory, cabbage, and a fried egg, and the restaurant also offers aged sirloin grilled, raw sirloin, and seasoned galbi. The dining space is large, with many rooms divided into group seating for four to six people. There is a long wait at lunchtime.
