Chakhan Hanwoo Jeongyuk Sikdang is a butcher-style restaurant in Myeongdong that serves beef such as hanwoo modeum, kkot deungsim, and galbi sal, along with pork galbi. The menu also includes bibimbap, kimchi stew, and doenjang stew, and the basic side dishes come out clean. Gopchang jeongol comes with plenty of udon, and hwangtae gui can be added on the side. The meat dishes are on the higher end of the price range.
