Cave House

Dongguljip is a 53-year-old restaurant in Bukchang-dong, Seoul, grilling pork sirloin in gochujang marinade and seasoned kkomjangeo over charcoal briquettes. The pork sirloin is not spicy, with a sweet gochujang glaze, and the kkomjangeo comes with a firm texture that is not fishy. The fire is strong, so the meat must be turned constantly, but it cooks quickly, and the first floor has better ventilation than the second. There are no rice dishes or soups and doenjang items.
