Its carbonara uses guanciale and comes with a salty cheese and thick sauce, while the milanese is served thick and crisp. The space has an open kitchen, single seats, and bar seats where the cooking can be watched directly. The couple set is a two-person course served in the order of bread, appetizer, and main dish.
