Buttumak is a Korean restaurant in an alley in the middle of Myeongdong, Seoul, serving kimchi stew in a large bowl and egg garnish. Pork collar is added whole and cut at the table, and ramyeon noodles can be added. It sits in an alley between the main road running up from Euljiro to Myeongdong, and the entrance door is automatic. Rice and ramyeon noodles must be ordered separately.
