Butcher's Cut

Butcher's Cut Gwanghwamun is an American restaurant in the SFC Building in Gwanghwamun that serves American-style steaks such as t-bone and porterhouse. The t-bone goes through wet-aging followed by dry-aging, and the Cobb salad is large in portion. The lunch menu includes pre-meal bread, an appetizer, and after-meal tea, and two hours of free parking are available. The steak sometimes contains tough cuts.
