Busan Bokjip is a pufferfish restaurant near Chungmuro Station in Seoul, serving bok jiri, bok bulgogi, and bok twigim. The jiri is a clear, light broth made with bean sprouts and minari, and the meal ends with juk or bokkeum bap. The restaurant began in Daegu in 1968, moved to Seoul, and holds Baeknyeon Gage status; it opens at 9 a.m. on weekends as well. As an old establishment, the interior is not clean.
