Bunjiro myeongdong

Bunjiro Myeong-dong is a Japanese donkatsu restaurant in the food hall on the 13th floor of the Lotte Department Store main branch in Myeongdong, Seoul. It serves rosu katsu and hire katsu, with the rosu retaining the savory flavor of its fat layer and the hire coming out moist and tender under a thin, crisp coating. All orders are placed at a kiosk. On weekday lunchtimes the wait runs long, sometimes over 30 minutes.
