Buminok

Buminok is an old Korean restaurant near Seoul City Hall that serves traditional yukgaejang and yanggomtang. The yukgaejang comes with large pieces of daepa and plenty of soft yangji, giving it a flavor similar to beef radish soup. Yangmuchim can also be ordered, and customers keep coming in during lunch hours. The seasoning is mild and it is not very spicy.
