Bukchang-dong Sundubu Main Branch

Bukchang-dong Soft Tofu Headquarters is in Seoul near Myeongdong Cathedral and serves sundubu, grilled fish, and galbi. Even the sundubu alone comes with dolsotbap, and diners crack the raw egg at the table themselves while banchan are refilled from a self-service bar. The entrance is small but the dining area inside is large, and arriving late for lunch means a wait though tables clear relatively quickly. The sundubu portion is generous, but the other ingredients in the stew are few.
