Bongchu Jjimdak

Bongchu Jjimdak Chungmuro is a chicken restaurant in an alley in Chungmuro, Seoul, specializing in jjimdak. The dish comes with wide glass noodles and chewy potatoes in a spicy broth, and leftover broth is finished with scorched rice bokkeumbap. The jjimdak is served mildly spicy, and ordering it not spicy can make it bland. Food sometimes comes out late.
