Banpo Six Seoul City Hall serves Vietnamese food near Seoul City Hall and City Hall Station, including pho, pad thai, and banh mi. The tom yum pho is spicy, and the seafood pho comes filled with seafood. Cilantro is not served by default and must be requested separately, and the shop is clean and comfortable. At weekday lunch it gets crowded and there is almost no waiting area.
