Baesusa is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe and set meals. Barley corvina and braised sea bream head are also available to order, and the hoe comes out fresh. There are many separate rooms, and the braised sea bream head must be reserved in advance. The food is on the expensive side.
