Baegam Wang Sundae

Baekam Wang Sundae is a sundae restaurant near Seoul Station that serves sundae guk and assorted sundae. The sundae guk comes with plenty of sundae and head meat, eaten with chives and chili peppers. At lunchtime a crowd gathers and a wait forms, and the offal tends to be greasy. The broth carries a pork smell and a distinct aroma.
