Ariake

Ariakke is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of Seoul Shilla Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, serving sushi omakase alongside regular dining room meals. Its shari is warm and the rice grains hold their texture without going soft. Omakase seats are booked by phone at the sushi counter, and reservations open on the first day of the previous month. The taste and service fall short for the price.
