Appa Hotteok Adeul Kebab

Appa Hotteok Adeul Kebab is a snack shop in Seoul that bakes hotteok in a wood-fired oven. The hotteok is not fried in oil but baked, giving it a light taste similar to dipping naan or grilled garaetteok in honey. Payment is accepted in cash only, and the hotteok dough is clean enough that it does not sit heavy in the stomach. The shop has currently disappeared due to building remodeling construction.
