Angyeong Halmeoni Gopchang

Annyeong Halmeoni Gopchang sits at the edge of Sindang Jungang Market, within walking distance of Sindang Station Exit 1, and despite its name it grills pork makchang. The menu centers on salt-grilled and marinated gopchang, with vegetable gopchang also available to order. The makchang arrives pre-seared over charcoal and needs only the vegetables cooked further, and the pieces are on the large side. The marinated gopchang comes in mild and spicy versions.
