Andy's Pho

Andyspo in Chungjeongno serves pho, bokkeumbap, and egg noodle stir-fried noodles. Its signature dish, hanwoo potai, is a raw hanwoo beef shabu pho in which thinly sliced hanwoo chuck is briefly cooked in hot broth. In summer, cold pho in a sweet-and-sour house broth is served with handmade meat jiaozi. The noodles are chewy and the broth is deep and clean, keeping the flavor consistent to the end.
