American Po House is in a vintage neighborhood of Seoul and serves yangji chadol pho and jjajo. The pho comes with generous meat and a deep, clean broth, and the pork fried rice has a wok-fired flavor and crisp bean sprouts. At lunch you may wait about 10 minutes, order at a kiosk, then wait outside with a buzzer until you pick up the food yourself. The yangji pieces are large and can feel tough.
