Ageru is a restaurant in Seoul that serves sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. The sukiyaki comes with vegetables and meat, and ordering shabu-shabu includes curry udon. Waiting is handled through a CatchTable machine at the entrance, and last orders are taken until 8:30 p.m. During meal times, the wait can reach one hour even for the first spot in line.
