Seoul Finance Center is a business center at the Cheonggyecheon entrance. In the basement first and second floor mall, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Italian restaurants sit together with cafes, tea rooms, and a wine shop. Completed in 2001, the building has eight basement floors and thirty above ground, and visitors leave an ID at the first floor before taking the elevator up. Parking is free for two hours when using the restaurants.
