Pastamarket is a pasta and risotto restaurant in an alley near Chungmuro Station in Seoul. The menu includes dishes that combine basil, gamtae, and nurungji, such as steak spicy rosé and gamtae truffle cream gnocchi. The open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking, and the sauces are thick enough to dip baguette into. The octopus ppoppo is tender and chewy, a dish to eat with wine.
