Loiter - Coffee Shelter

Reuter Coffee Shelter is a cafe on the third and fourth floors of the Rabidus building in Pildong, between Chungmuro Station and Namsan, serving coffee, tea, and desserts. The menu includes nutty lattes, tiramisu, jasmine tea, and milk tea, and the fourth-floor rooftop has a view of Namsan Tower. Dogs are allowed indoors, and the rooftop has a swing chair and camping chairs, with a large parking area. There is no elevator, so visitors take the stairs inside the parking area up to the third and fourth floors.
