Lingling

Ringring is a cafe in Seoul that sells parfaits, jelly soda, and cake. One menu item tops melon soda with ice cream and uses Hagendaz. There are about seven tables, so waits can reach around 50 minutes, and the opaque exterior makes the place hard to find. The drinks and desserts are overly sweet, and the entrance and interior decor are stark.
