Guwoomyanggwa

Guum Yanggwa is a dessert shop in Seun Sangga that sells canelés and madeleines. The canelés have a crisp exterior and a slightly chewy interior, and come in versions with added ingredients such as matcha and Earl Grey. When you choose four canelés, they are packed in a paper case that seems to hold four eggs. The prices are high enough that buying several is a burden.
