Delica Hans The Grand Lotte Seoul is a bakery on the first floor of The Grand Lotte Seoul in Seoul. It sells bread and cakes, including strawberry cake, and the cakes have a rich flavor. The taste and quality of the bread have declined from before and the selection has shrunk, with nuts no longer included in the red bean bread and cream bread. The cream in the fruit cake is disappointing.
