Seorim Sanghoe

Seorim Sanghoe is a seafood vendor in the Yeonanbudu Fish Market in Incheon. It cuts large slices of daebang-eo hoe and packs them for takeout, taking both online delivery and in-person orders. Takeout orders come with wasabi, and maeuntang and sea squirt and sea cucumber are included on the side. Daebang-eo is eaten with soy sauce, wasabi, and gim.
