Jeonju Ppyeodagwi Haejangguk

Jeonju Ppyeodagwi Haejangguk is a bone hangover soup restaurant in Sinpo-dong, Incheon. The ppyeodagwi haejangguk is served with plenty of pork bones and ugeoji, along with kkakdugi. The restaurant has held its spot for over 20 years, and the meat is boiled until it falls apart with chopsticks alone. The broth tends to have a layer of oil floating on top.
