Weil Cafe is a cafe in Incheon Chinatown. Its signature item is weiwei yuan, a Taiwanese-style rice-cake shaved ice served with milk tea poured over it, along with tapioca pearls, coconut pearls, sweet potato balls, and a bear decoration. The milk tea is on the thick side, and on hot Chinatown afternoons the interior offers a way to escape the heat. The restroom is inconvenient to use.
