Gonggane is a Chinese dessert shop in the middle of the Golden Intersection in Incheon's Chinatown. It sells 100 percent pressed sugarcane juice, hwadeok mandu, and gonggalppang, and customers can sample wolbyeong before choosing. Gonggalppang is also sold individually. The filling in the hwadeok mandu can be cold or undercooked.
